The blessings of the Lord are truly glorious;
They reflect His Person, who is wondrous.
The Lord loves us and to our needs He attends;
All our earthly blessings are truly God-sent!
He gives us a truly good inheritance;
What He gives is of true importance;
He gives us His counsel so graciously;
Our heart confirms this gratefully.
He maintains our lot in life;
Thus, we can live above strife.
He gives us hearts to appreciate;
Giving thanks to God we must not hesitate!
The blessings of the Lord are truly extensive;
Our soul He keeps! We need not be pensive.
There is great joy to be found in God’s presence;
Let us extol the Lord for His excellence!
