The blessings of God are so wonderfully given;
Each one is sent directly from our Lord in Heaven!
The blessings of the Lord stem from His lovingkindness;
They reflect so much His love, mercy and graciousness!
The blessings of God are profound and they show His glory;
Our humble lives become so much more enriched happily.
The blessings of the Lord challenge us to deeply meditate;
Do we appreciate the blessings that flow from Heaven’s gate?
May our hearts be filled with the greatest sense of thanksgiving;
And may we lift up our hands in gratitude, our God praising!
Knowing God’s lovingkindness is better than the riches of life;
He is our Help, and He shelters us from hatred and deadly strife!
The great troubles of life will never go away entirely;
We must thank God that He watches us so faithfully.
May our heart’s deep desire be the seeking of the Lord;
May we find His gentle presence in the sanctuary of God.
