The heart cannot but sing to the Lord’s glorious name;
He who is able to ride the clouds must enjoy great fame.
Praise must give way to extolling the Lord’s majesty;
There is no one like the Lord in all His great glory!
The heart rejoices when it sees what the Lord has done;
He cares for all who grieve for they have lost loved ones.
The children who have lost their fathers feel helpless;
But the Lord would provide for the poor and homeless.
The heart extols the Lord for His great and loving care;
The weak and the hurt cry out and they know God is there.
There is no one like God who has this kind of compassion;
He is truly worth knowing better through contemplation.
The omnipotence of God is appreciated as one of His attributes;
His personal presence is treasured in His care for the destitute.
The heart cannot but extol God for making His presence known;
Without His tender manifestation, faith could not have grown!
