Faith is such a precious gift from God,
It can help us be in one accord.
And if we do our very best,
We will find that we can fit in with the rest.
When we leave God out of our life,
We create nothing but internal strife.
We only hurt ourselves or worse,
We can even become morose.
God speaks to us in a gentle tone,
He does not want us to ever feel alone.
Wisdom teaches us to turn to God in prayer,
We will find that He has always been there.
He will not force us, His gift of faith, to take,
We can gain wisdom from our life’s mistakes,
There is no need to stay away from the Lord,
All we need is to exercise our faith in God.
